I stubbled upon this Set of 5 Mini 3CE lipstick recently and decided to give them a try. 3CE is a very popular makeup brand in Korean, and it wasn’t long before they made their popularity apparent worldwide. After trying these products daily, I fell in love with them and decided to write a personal review on them. If you are thinking about buying 3CE lipstick, here is everything you need to know.

Shipping
I bought the Set of 5 Mini 3CE Lipstick off Amazon. For 5 different colors, they are a great deal and arrived within a week.
Packaging
The set of 5 comes in a very simple yet sleek and appealing case. The appearance of it really gives it a high end lipstick feel and makes the opening experience that much more satisfying.
Application
Applying the lipstick was a simple and smooth process. Make sure your lips are properly moisturized before application. Because these lipstick colors are matte, it is slightly on the drier side; that, plus dry lips, will make the coating process rough and uneven.
I first apply by outlining my cupid’s bow, then spread it out to coat my whole upper lip. Once the top lip looks great, I apply evenly to my lower lip. If you notice some lines are not straight or distribution looks patchy, apply some product onto a lipstick brush and perfect your look with precision. If you are still having difficulties during the application process, place the product on your finger and carefully dab it on evenly.
Does it last all day?
Yes, these lipsticks have lasted me all day. The matte finish really helps it stay on your lips for a long time. Over the years, I have noticed glossier lipsticks tend to rub off easily throughout the day. From my personal experience, there has not been any over-dryness nor clumping, which happens quite often with other matte lip products. I was super pleased with 3CE, since every time I looked in the mirror, my lips still looked on point!
Overall look
All the lipsticks I tried in this set had great coverage and color. The 5 color combo really meets all my lipstick needs. It has a nice nude color for a very natural look, a pink color for a sweet look, red for a more dramatic look, and more colors in between. It is very soft on my lips and comfortable. The product is also odorless, which it great.
Do you want Gloss and Matte finishes?
If this describes you, then you are in luck! When I want a gloss finish to my lips, I simply apply vaseline on top and now I have a lipgloss look. Being able to achieve both looks with one product is always a huge plus in my book.

Any cons?
As I mentioned earlier, because all these colors are matte, they are generally more dry. I noticed when I place the product on while I have dry lips, it makes my lips look even drier. But luckily, by just moisturizing your lips beforehand, we can easily solve that problem. If you typically have lips that are on the dry side, be sure to lubricate your lips before application.
Paired Look
For this look I decided to use two different lip colors. For the base of my lips, I use the color Mirrorlike. Once evenly applied, I went in with the color Step and Go on just the center/inner part of my lips. Then I blended the color outward.

These lipsticks are amazing! I love the color, the finish, and how full they make my lips look. The Set of 5 Mini 3CE are a great place to start if you are looking into purchasing.
